I'm a dedicated and detail-oriented Desktop Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience providing end-user technical support across hardware, software, and networking environments.

Currently at Team Computers Pvt. Ltd., on-site at HT Media Ltd., New Delhi — delivering desktop support, vendor coordination, and ticketing operations in a fast-paced media environment. Previously at Mangosorange Services Pvt. Ltd. on-site at Genus Power Infrastructures, SIDCUL Haridwar.

Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, network printers, and video conferencing (VC) devices for end users.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook accounts for end users.
Deliver remote support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Log, track, and resolve issue tickets using the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus ticketing tool.
Coordinate with Wintel and Network teams for resolution of escalated issues.
Log and coordinate warranty hardware cases with HP, Dell, and Lenovo — raising service requests, tracking replacements, and following up with vendors through resolution.
